Policies 

Surf Song Bed and Breakfast is a warm and welcoming home where guests enter as strangers and leave as friends.

Check-in is 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM; check-out is 11:00AM. If arriving outside of the check-in window, please contact us to make arrangements. Luggage may be securely stored for $10 per bag.

Parking is limited to one space per room.

Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 AM.

Absolutely no smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. No Pets allowed. The minimum age requirement is 16 years of age with accompanying adult.

Keys must be returned to an innkeeper at checkout. There is a $25 late key return charge. Lost keys will incur a $100 rekeying fee.

A 50% deposit is required for booking. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival or shorten your stay, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of expected arrival, you will be charged the balance. The $20 booking fee is non-refundable.

Policy violation may result in termination of reservation without refund. Rates/policies are subject to change.
